MAUI SURFER GIRLS EARNS 2016 TRIPADVISOR
CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE
Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii – May 25, 2016 – Maui Surfer Girls is proud to announce that it has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence for the fourth year in a row. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, eateries and attractions that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
“We are proud to receive Trip Advisor’s Certificate of Excellence for the fourth consecutive year,” shared founder and director Dustin Tester. “Our team of top-notch surf instructors not only provide excellent surf lessons, but share the aloha spirit with each and every student. Whether our customers are with us for a few hours for a surf lesson, or for two weeks with our surf camps, they become part of our ‘ohana. We’ve set a high standard for customer’s satisfaction, and our TripAdvisor reviews and repeat customers show us that we are achieving it!”
Dustin Tester and Mayor Alan ArakawaTester was also recognized early this year as a Maui Maverick, as part of Maui Visitors and Convention Bureau’s newest PR campaign(click to read blog post). Along with 15 other Mavericks, Tester will host events, demonstrations and discussions, and share their inspiring stories through media interviews, social media, and interactions with the general public.
Now in its sixth year, the Certificate of Excellence program accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
